Can a bathroom condensation fan vent exhaust pipe terminate in the garage on a 1997 build home?
That is not proper . Should go to out side .
I always recommend they go on a timer so they shut of automatically .
Many do not get used as they stay on

Reference is the M1507.1 and M1507.2
Basically says it should exhaust to outside and not be recirculated.
But the main reason is the breach in the garage wall.
