Hi all
Looking at this picture this beam that lies across on the corner of a column since you cant see them once they enter the wall how far do they
go into the house and are they part of the roof support ? the short beam i am not sure because the stud wall is the load bearing wall i was not sure if the beam ran all the way down to replace the double 2x4 that are usually the load bearing wall. Also that short beam has a crack down the middle but not deep at all . Your thougths

I don’t see any beam that lies “accross on the corner of a column”.

I’m guessing that you’re asking about the required bearing of the the exposed dbl 2x10 which support roof framing.

I’m sorry to tell you this, but if you have to ask a question like that, you are at serous risk from liability. You’re in no way qualified to be a home inspector, and you’re running serious risk of getting seriously sued because you don’t know what you’re doing. Stop performing home inspections until you get some education.

Not done them yet training as we speak it was not an inspection so no worries it was a friends house
That is not quite what i meant i am not sure if you ever seen those fabricated boards that look so real but thanks for your thoughts anyway.
I will take this out before more confusion begin
