InterNACHI® provides peer-to-peer learning experiences for both inspectors who need additional assistance and for experienced inspectors who are interested in helping newer ones out.
Mentoring enables members work with volunteers through email and online forum messaging regardless of geographic location. By using electronic communications, online mentoring develops and grows the knowledge, skills, abilities, confidence, and understanding of an individual. As a mentor, you may be asked to provide help, guidance, coaching, instruction, report review, assignment review, and instructional feedback.
