We the “berk?s county chapter” want to publicly apologize to Nick for listening to Joe Kelly and his line of BS. He had a lot of us fooled. We have come to realize, it was all about him. This made him a lot of money at our expense. By eliminating all the nachi inspectors, he was able to make a killing in Reading.
None of us ever recovered from this. A lot left the business.
What we are asking, is help us get back our businesses, Help us take back all the customers we lost and put him out of the inspection business. We want to hurt his business, and make him feel the pain of failure.
We want to reopen the Chapter and make it stronger then before. We will also help mentor new inspectors with NO Fees. We would like to see Nachi take over the tri counties; with help from Nick and Nachi we can do this.

You participated with Joe Kelley, when you thought he was on top of the game, to harm NACHI. You worked in concert with him and others to dissolve the chapter that you are asking Nick to rebuild.
Kelley is now about to go under and you are looking for a new pooch.
Do you have anyone other than yourself who would take an interest in leading this effort?

Let me ask you this question...Where was this outrage about Kelley's actions prior to your civil suits that sunk his ship? His apology was for "listening" to Kelley, not for his actions.
Sometimes, you are too nice of a guy, Nick, but it's your call. There are good folks there who need NACHI's help. It would be wrong to let the actions of one guy stand in the way, I suppose. ![nachi_sarcasm.gif](upload://6HQh6KbNiD73gqTNQInjrR2zeJw.gif)

For what it’s worth I too accept Freds apology. Many many guys WERE taken in and certainly have not recovered. Fortunately I was never fooled.Hope you can get it going again Fred.

Nick is right. Let’s get the Berks Co. people going again!
But I was not aware that Fred quit because of anything PHIC related, or that he got sucked into anything. In the thread that followed the cancellation without notice of the Berks county meeting, Fred supposedly quit because of something over Door Prizes and a free give away that weren't delivered???

James,
Looks like Joe has a good point. Apparantly PHIC is still pretending to be the state authority (albeit it is voluntary) of Pennsylvania regulation.
Maybe someone should start a PHRC (Pennsylvania Home Regulation Comisssion) and list NACHI and anyone else that desires to complete the newly formed PHRC's selective requirements to be Pa. Compliant.
