The reasons why inspectors always finish at the :30 minute mark is for beer 30.

The sooner the better.
I once started a home inspection at 3 am. Not enough coffee in the world!
3 to 4 hours.

full home inspections 8:30 if insurance inspections are in need for some one always add them in afternoon. gives me plenty of time for reports.

All depends if you work for a living or Live to work. That makes a difference on when the time is right. :)
