I am not there yet, however I am just curious on this topic. I want some advice on hiring inspectors. Iv heard you should hire based on personality and then train them rather then finding someone solely based on their experience.
What do you all think about this? Any tips on hiring inspectors?
The same way you hire anyone. Pray and hope they are a decent human being. Then put them on probation whilst you see if they work out. Be sure to make it soul-crushingly long though so that they can prove their loyalty while giving the Stockholm Syndrome a chance to work it’s magic. Muh, ha, ha, ha, ha!
