Never pick on the old guys as they know far more than the young guys.
Young guys think they know everything till they become old guys and realize they knew nothing when they were young.

My old man once worked around a bunch of gang bangers and they asked him which gang he belonged to .

He told them the Over the Hill Gang and they are the toughest.
That’s why they lived long enough to be called by that name.

Doubtful, if you really watch his show and some of the repairs he makes, he’s not as knowledgeable as some may think. you would have known this had you spent the last 30 years in construction

I couldn’t disagree more Joe.

You still have to know what you are looking at and how to answer questions with some legitimacy.

The software may make the report look pretty but the content may not be worth much.

I would expect you to disagre… Truth is though, without the software they couldn’t compete, with the software they become your low-cost competition and the clients are clueless until they receive the useless report which in the end hurts our profession.
