Hi Bob, Welcome icon_biggrin.gif

I just made a brochure that covered "one size fits all". I found that 85% of my brochures go to Realtors and their offices who then hand them to potential clients. Kept it simple and to the point. It's a Pricing / information and Disclaimer all in one. I make 3 out of a sheet of normal heavy card stock...printed both sides...and then I laminate them myself at home in my spare time, which gives it a nice professional touch.

If you would like a copy e-mail me at thehads@telus.net

(PS almost had no luck with sellers yet...still trying to educate them!

I also make my own brochure and have a question. How do you fit all that info on a third of a sheet? Just wondering. Maybe I will rework mine and put more money into my website. Currently doing it myself and it sucks!

Welcome Bob.

We designed our brochures to cover everyone. Actually ours covers buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders. It saves money and keeps things simple.

Good Luck!
