I just did a buildzoom test.

Deerfield Beach property:
found 4 of 6 that BuildFax listed
West Palm Beach property:
found all 7 permits
Fort Lauderdale property:

Under the right circumstances, the going rate should be $25 - $40 to provide if you would like to offer it that way.
There’s also a detailed report showing risk assessments, etc too large for this MB.

Marc,I know thanks. Michael Meeker is NOT a Feaker. So far it has not caused any issues. Might keep me hid from those who have little experience finding people
