Business Plan

Does anyone have a winning HI business plan “sample”? I’d like to ensure I’ve thought of all the appropriate angles.

Don’t miss anything. Don’t change anything once you list it. Work 7 days a week if need be. Describe what you see to the client, not what you think it should be. Tell it like it is and don’t over do it. Don’t let the agent tell the client what you are trying to explain. Don’t over spend!!! Track you expenses and keep good records for the tax man if need be. Good Luck…

I would like a sample as well. I am thinking of an SBA loan to expand my sole proprietor business.

This is exactly why I need a war-proven, well…SBA-proven plan.

you have to be turned down by at least 2 banks for sba to consider you.

Can you show us where that is the case?

  1. SBA has three different loan programs. Each of the programs is designed to cover a variety of business, needs, thus providing the most options to small businesses. Contact a local lender and discuss your loan proposal with one of their loan officers. Be prepared to discuss your proposal in detail with the lender. You should have the following available for the lenders review: your business plan; your personal financial statements; your business financial statements (if already a business); collateral available to secure the loan; assumptions used in your projected earnings statements; management resumes of those involved in operating the business; and pro-forma balance sheets showing what the business would look like if the loan were granted. Be prepared to discuss your proposal in detail with the lender.
