It isn’t clear to me if a FSBO house is covered under the Buy-Back Guarantee program. The explanation of the program seems to imply not but I wasn’t sure if the requirement to be listed with a Realtor refereed to houses being covered by the guarantee or houses being sold in response to a claim under the guarantee.
We did 2 FSBOs in the last week or so and I wanted to sure if they were eligible before I listed them on the Buy-Back Guarantee Management page.
Any advice would be appreciated.
