Honestly doing some research with estate agents here in the UK, if the buy back guarantee was available over here I would be the busiest inspection business without a doubt.
So many complaints over mistakes made by Surveyors (Inspectors) from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors RICS, I could literally clean up.
So many benefits I don’t gain from my membership becuse I am an over seas inspector.
Legally, it has caused some significant problems here. Nick is reportedly correcting the whole campaign. You might be better off for now without it.
