I think it is a great idea. The science on Termite sounds is sound. I could sell a thousand of these tomorrow.
Perhaps sell it as a premium with a damage fix guarantee. At least on new home installs.

I have been licensed termite operator for 35+ years.
This type of device is pure BS with too many variations of biological faults.
