is it possible to raise an existing home if it is on a concrete slab or stem wall constructed? kinda like when contractors move houses.

I don’t know that I’ve ever seen a house constructed on a slab moved, but houses on stem walls are moved all the time as they have framing at the bottom holding up the floor.

I don't know how you'd move a house on a slab as the slab is the floor.

To see some interesting moves, click on the pictures at this link.
