That’s why I am suggesting that we go see her, and see what is real or imagined. I’m NOT slamming anyone. But, if things are they say they are, then HUD would not have loaned her the funds until this stuff was repaired, or would have made her take some of the loaned funds to bring the house up to code as a condition of the loan.
