Has anyone used Complete Appliance Protection (CAP) for home warranties on their home inspections? They offer a 90 day guarantee. I got some information in the mail today…just thought i’d see if anyone had any experience with this company.

same here .
I still need to look it over but wonder why it would be a better advantage the 120 day home warranty.
Seem to recall it having ASHI affiliation , but not NACHI.

Got one today Robert and it does appear they are a ASHI affiliate. Did not see any I-NACHI logo.
