Is there any format or scheduling you can recommend?
I don’t even know where to begin. This is a broad and deep subject. I would start with your client, since they likely have their own requirements for contingencies, EUL’s, term lengths, etc. And a lot of clients are picky on source data and proper references. Kubba’s book might still be in print, but it only spends about 3 pages on the subject, and even then, only shows a snippet of a partial reserve table. Typical reserve tables are multiple worksheets in depth, and only the main table is printed. I couldn’t imagine creating one from scratch. Maybe there’s a software package out there.
