You make that inspection sound like easy money. Anyone exceeding a $2,500.00 commercial inspection best know what their talking about or risk getting your ass handed to you in court or getting your business black balled by the listing office. Believe me, commercial agents know when inspectors have no clue about commercial buildings. Inspectors should never bite off more than they can chew, it’s not worth the risk.
