Thank you InterNACHI CCPIA for being involved in putting North American inspectors collectively discussing various commonality topics.

I am going to recommend home/building inspectors, doing this type of live streaming media events is, invest in a good separate microphone, and have one designated person in the group to listen to everyone as a sound check before going live. I understand it can be hard to do when stragglers come in but they can be shound checked separately as they logon.

Personally, I use a Blue Yeti USB Microphone. The four main pickup patterns are cardioid, omnidirectional, stereo, and bidirectional, each suited for different recording scenarios.
I suggest a USB condenser microphone; that is also a multi-pattern microphone. You hear the difference.
