Depends on the age of the home and the manufacturer of the siding.
If the work is being performed by a qualified contractor, they can make their own determination as to the materials used in the siding (whether or not they are hazardous materials).

I wouldn’t even mention “asbestos” unless you know for sure the tiles are asbestos. It’s one of those words, like “mold”, that turn people into jibbering idiots. A competent contractor can make the determination themselves.
Note the tiles as "unknown material" and call for professional repair.
