Hello. My name is Frank and I am currently taking the pre licensing courses here in Florida. I am looking for someone to do a ride along with for the experience. I’ve reached out to several in this area but they all tell me that their insurance will not allow ride alongs, which I totally understand. Is there anyone in the central Florida area (Orlando, Leesburg etc.) that can help me with a ride along? Or, do you have any recommendation on who I might be able to contact?
Frank, you may want to contact some Mentors, CMIs or CPIs within 80 to 100 miles, or closer, to your area and communicate with them. Maybe one, or more, will help you. Be discerning, as some inspectors feel as though they are training their competition by ride-alongs or mentoring or hiring and some are into it just for the $.
I was going to offer, I’m trying to limit these to vacant properties though. Right now, in the past 10 days or so, I’m 0 for 6 on vacants. It doesn’t help this is the dog days August for my business either. I’m up over last year, but so far this has been my slowest month this year.
