I am wondering if there is a way to re download the certs without filling out the forms.

What are you referring to?
After finishing the course you need to fill out a questionnaire before downloading cert. I did after all courses but lost all do to hdrive crash

It looks like we have your evaluation saved for 17 of the courses you took - they’re stored on our server - so this course must be one you didn’t fill out the evaluation for originally. If you check the other courses, you’ll be able to download the certificate without filling it out again.
