I started doing inspections in april I tryed different check list type of programs. don't waste any time run and get inspect vue software or home gage software. check sheets are not though enough to protect you in case of a suit. inspect vue has over 11,000 naritives in the program and you will find that several morgage companies will not even exept a check list type of inspection format. it will be money well spent.

Theres a lot of good checklists out there. Most attorneys say a well worded checklist will protect you better than a typed narrative. You end up saying too much and get in trouble.
