I find it hard to believe that so many inspectors have web sites that say they are licensed but don’t put their license number on the site.

Florida, as Eric stated, had no requirements other than your HI license to inspect for a four point. I notice the list of “courses” you
Have to take. If you are now “certified” ( not sure what that means) does that mean you are going to do a more thourogh inspection, report all deficiencies, and follow the state standards?
