You have to tell her nicely that you documented this in your inspection report, the inspection was performed on that day at that time, you cannot predict what is going to happen tomorrow. You asked her to monitor it. You provided her with a second party warranty. What more can you do!
It’s a minor cost repair. At some point the buyer owns the home and any repairs and maintenance that is required.
When is the next time she’s going to be purchasing another home? It will be years from now.

What are you going to do if the AC unit quits? If you pay you set the expectation you will do it again. I let the agents offer a home warranty or the owner.
