CMHC Free Tip Sheets

For those of you trying to save a few dollars on each inspection I have been using the publications through CMHC. I email my reports so there is no need for a binder. I use a folder instead. I have a pad and pen, my card, tip sheets, invoice and PIA. I have been able to cut my cost down to about $2.25 per inspection.

Excellent suggestion. Also check with your local muncipality. For instance if you live in Edmonton go to the Drainage department and pick up some of their publications, one I found very useful as a handout was the “Flood proofing your Basement”
It explains lot grading, eavestroughs, weeping tiles, sump pumps etc. all good information for your client.

Thanks buddy,
