code inspectors beware

This was on the news tonight, the 7 year old courthouse in Oconee county SC was inspected by the federal government to see if it met the ADA codes.
Some toilets and mirrors were off an inch or two and some other misc issues. Due to the construction methods, the repairs will involve very major work. The cost to correct will be just over one million for the taxpayers, the architect got sued for around 850K. The original contractor will also be doing the repairs and getting paid for it.
