I have been a licensed journeyman carpenter with the United Brotherhood of Carpenters. I am a highly skilled carpenter. I also have an EPA Universal Certification sec. 608. This certification allows me to tap into any type of Air Conditioning or Refrigerant charge lines that I want to. But I no longer wish to perform any carpentry or HVAC services. If I am ever asked to perform such said services by a client. I will politely turn down the client. I understand that offering such services to the client would be a violation of the International Code of Ethics for Home Inspectors.
