When conducting a home inspection I was finding several major violations. The home owner was noticing that I had out my “red pen” in full force, especially on the older and aggressively used AC unit. The home owner politely interrupts me to ask me to overlook the damaged AC unit with a folded crisp one hundred dollar bill. I advised the homeowner that is against my ethics and moral code and also against the InterNACHI ethics and moral codes.
