Actually I don't know the first thing about sailing. But it is something I plan to learn when we get back to MD. My brother-in-law just sold a 26' sail boat. I've been out with him a few times and loved it. So I made a deal with him that we would buy a house on the Chesapeake and he would buy a nice boat. He can keep it at our dock and use the house when ever he wants and I could use the boat when ever I want. I just need to learn how first.
