Yes, kind of, sort of.
Wall mounted toilet shows signs of previous repair and moisture damage.
Recommend evaluation by a licensed and qualified plumber who might find additional problems that are beyond the scope of my inspection.

Greg, given your comments, I’d like to get your feedback on the report hosting solution I wrote. This is the one that Nick announced we’ll be offering soon for free - I can’t post the URL here since it’s not yet released to NACHI, however if you email me I will send you a link for it.
Regards,
Roberta

Wow… funny how these thinks come up
I literally just put the phone down after speaking with one of our Californian members who was seeking some advise on what to do aftera realtor had changed on of his reports.
It has only just occoured to me that an upload system that is time and date stamped would make report contents very secure.
Should a memeber have an issue like this it would be easy to proove what the report looked like originally.

PDF’ing your reports, regardless of delivery method, is a good way to ensure that other people can’t change the content.
Hosting your reports in a secure location has the added benefits of having the source file located independently, and one can always check the server logs to get the file upload date and time.
My two cents...

Going with Greg on this one. I email pdfs too (Homegauge printed to primo pdf then emailed) and have been asked many times to re-email cause a spamkiller got it, or re-email to the realtor or parents etc. A hosted site to access remotely would be awesome…

We’ll be launching the beta of this soon. I have room for up to six more inspectors on the initial beta, so if anyone else is interested in helping me test the final system, email me for information.

OK - beta is launched! Everyone who emailed me with their info should be receiving an email tonight with information on where to go and what to do with it.
If anyone else wants to help with the test, email me.
Cheers,
Roberta
