Report Review Committee can use them but I think members and even non-members could use them as well… as long as the stamper believes it to be true. It is nothing more than a stamp saying something many already profess.

I was just curious. I thought most of us already stated somewhere in our reports that it is in substantial compliance with the SOP and COE of NACHI.
