How would one determine the inspection cost estimate for a 50 unit apartment complex electrical inspection? Each unit has its own panel with either 2 or 3 apartments.

75-100 per panel or as Jeff said, time.
Maybe discount it if your doing all but keep in mind scheduling and accessing panels in occupied units can be a pain.
Develop and have approved a strict proposal. As each of the above have stated bid by time or # of panels to be inspected or both. Truthfully, we need a better “Scope” of the work to be performed to advise you much further.
