someone contacted me regarding inspecting a stand-alone warehouse building, that is all metal, and has it’s own septic system, 3 phase electrical, and small office space space.
Anyone inspect many of these?
What to look for?
Also noticed on some of these type buildings, it looks like the a/c drain line drains to the bathroom sink, thru the ceiling tile directly above the bathroom sink.
PVC drain line is thru the the ceiling tile by an inch or two.
Don't know if this particular building has it, but I have noticed it at other buildings/restaurant. (always "on the job" and looking at stuff like that)
Is this common ? Is it okay ?
