How are you guys pricing commercial inspections here in Florida? I want to
keep the price up to local standards as not to lower pricing for the area.

Commercial is entirely based on the location, use and what you encounter on site. How many electric panels, two or three phase, hvac loads and units, height of the roof… and so on.
I wouldn’t disclose a price or try to keep up with or support what local trends are. Judge for yourself what your time is worth. What others charge… Not my kitty-wake.
15-25 cents per square foot is the going rate and has been for years.
