Can any one recommend a good commercial based inspection software. I need to find another.

You may want to check out ReportPlus for Commercial from ahit.com, I use it with my porter valley commercial. The PV software right now is good for the intro pages and some pictures, but with report plus it all works great. I already had PV before I tryed ReportPlus. If I was to do it all over again I would use ReportPlus first and only.
