Most commercial property condition assessments follow ASTM E2018-2015. You can even do a google search for what a typical report looks like. Just google something like “property condition assessment report pdf”. Or even include the name of one of the big firms, like Partner or EMG in the search term.
If you are inspecting a commercial property, use your reporting software. No difference.
If you are looking for a property condition assessment, I think InterNACHI has one.
