I have read many messages concerning dissatisfaction with communication. People not getting answers to emails, etc. Communication has always been important to me. Actually I intend to ask the new MAB to work on increasing communication within NACHI. Here is something I wrote about the subject. Let me know what you think.

Part of the problem lies in that Nick has been the goto person at NACHI for so long. That know he is trying to get others to handle some things for him, they get lost in the fray. If people send me an email they can usually count on a reponse within a day.

It is easier to reach me via instant messaging though.
