I recently completed all 14 required courses and have passed the online inspector course and the code of ethics course and standards of practice. Can I now sign my affidavit and then submit the 4 practice inspections?

Submitting the four mock inspections comes before signing your affidavit. Once you have submitted them, you can go ahead and sign your affidavit.
