Conduit line from disconnect to outside unit

Had an inspection today, had an electrical conduit line that ran from disconnect(mounted outside of house next to unit) to the outside heat/ac unit. It ran about 6’ along the ground. Should this have been buried? It actually ran along side the unit itself. Unable to upload an image due to it’s size. 3648 x2736 - 2.1 MB. Suggestions on what i can do to get the picture to a manageable size.

use a picture editor and shrink the picture.

The answer to your question is no. If it’s in conduit, it’s acceptable.
