Construction phase inspections

Recently, a company got my name from the NACHI website to do residential Construction Phase Inspections. This is certainly related to my home inspection business, but sounds like more of a construction superintendent job than a home inspector. I am not even sure that my state certificate is valid for this type of inspection. Any thoughts?

Hi Thomas,

I do a ton of these around normal inspections, normally the lender pays $50 to $60 per phase (4 to 8 ) phases, and in most states they do not fall under state regulations.

Try the search feature on this board for more info, as much has been written on this subject.

Regards

Gerry
