Did you pay for a “Full Home Inspection”, or one of those low-ball “Walk-Through Consultations” that are now becoming popular?
In NY State an inspection report is required within five days. I send my reports via a link in an email. Sometimes emails with links can be mistakenly sent to your junk folder. I would first, contact the inspector and give him the opportunity to make it right. It may be a simple oversight and completely unintentional.
