Ill take the offer!
Eric, I’ll know when I get your check in the mail, repaying me.

Done, send in your app.
Hey Nick, Is that offer good for any of us. I’d hate to pass up a good deal.
If he makes that offer available to all members, I’ll do it.
Then, I’ll expect a big thank you from all of the members whose business increases “dramatically”!
An executable application is attached.
Members of what? It’s a personal offer, it has nothing to do with InterNACHI. The MICB isn’t a trade association, it is open to all inspectors, and it doesn’t have members. Also, you can’t apply by message board post, LOL. Read the application instructions.
Bobby, I’ll pay your fee too. Apply.
All members of NACHI.
Can’t do it. CMI isn’t an InterNACHI thing. It is open to all inspectors.
And we can’t accept applications electronically either.
I posted the forms so that it would be easy for all of those inspectors to fill them out…legibly, print them out and send them in. I also changed the date from 2009 to 2011.
Since it is open to all inspectors, I am sure you wouldn’t mind me putting a link on my site and blog so that you could make the offer to all inspectors. As it is, I believe I will make my opinion known either way.
What you don’t seem to understand, is that by making the offer you made to me, and a select few, is unfair to the others, which is why I won’t accept it. You are trying to prove that it is going to increase my business “dramatically”, however, there is no way to verify that. I am about to enter into a deal that will provide me with 2,000 inspections exclusively, without the CMI or any other logo. I probably won’t have the time to do any other inspections.
Saying it is available to all inspectors, is quite interesting, especially since the board of directors and everyone else is a NACHI member. It is basically being certified by NACHI, no matter how you want to present it.

What it is really amazing is that when things do not go your way than you quit. It is also amazing your history of employment as well as your credential. Quite an accomplishment. Regardless your opinion of Nick I can submit to you that there is NOT any association out there that can provide more bang for the bucks than InterNACHI. Like any other business or organizations the board of director always comes up with ways to promote more effective the business and increase revenues to spread the wealth. If you feel that interNACHI is not the place for you than there is no other choice than to move on to better pasture. One thing I can tell you: The grass always looks greener across the fence. I hate to see you leave this wonderful association:roll:; your contributions were always welcome;). Regards/John
Name one instance where I quit!
Please elaborate regarding my work history. There have been several other places of employment that aren’t listed as well as the fact that at each job I have ever had, I rose to the top…very quickly.
I have already been a member of ASHI and left due to a couple of reasons, one of which was their branding program.
As for this association, it does offer some very good benefits, however, it also has some things that I don’t agree with. This is one of them.
I’ll contribute as long as I feel the need to. You or anyone else isn’t going to deter me in any way.
The only reason I re-joined this organization was that it was the easiest way to acquire my required license, since ASHI didn’t feel it was necessary to even bother contacting me regarding my previously earned CEUs.
How long I stay will be up to me.
I enjoy Eric’s input as well as all other members. Why is that people think because the do not agree then they must want to LEAVE? Is there no room for airing our differences out?
Love the message board and all who contribute even those I strongly disagree with. At times I may disagree, but I learn either how to do something or how NOT to do something.
