You have to point out something “NICE” with everything you find bad. Like this picture from an inspection a few years ago… Excessive black mold on the ceiling & wall of the dining room…

Dale take a drill and a 1/8" bit, go under your kitchen sink and drill a hole in the bottom of the trap (it’s that roundy-looking black pipe). You’ll never lack for cheese-making supplies again!
