Chris your problem is Charter ;). I use ATT in Ofallon IL and no problems. My internet blinks when I click on links.
Nope, it’s not Charter. I had AT&T for 5 years before upgrading to 10 times the speed for less money with Charter. The slow message board started a few months ago when I was still subscribed to AT&T. The Only slow speed problems I have is here.
