Has anyone had any issues with their training videos freezing? I get to either 3 or 10 minutes and it stops and will not load.
I have not had any issues with the videos however I haven’t taken a course in awhile. email the education team at education@internachi.org
could be your internet connection. are you doing the course on your phone? that may be the issue.
On my computer actually! And my connection is full bar! I’ll use that email and see if I can get some answers. Thank you for the tips!
Full wifi bars means nothing, it goes down to bandwidth and speed. Go to www.speedtest.net and check your speed. High quality videos need a fast connection. 15 Mbps or better is best
