Cozy Coats for Kids® recently sent brand-new children’s winter coats to West End P.O.W.E.R., located in Pittsburgh, Penn. West End P.O.W.E.R. is a nonprofit organization that strives to transform communities in the Greater Pittsburgh Region by helping families of incarcerated men and women by connecting them with local resources.
