Good one Nick, for you Inspectors in FL try this one as well http://www.doh.state.fl.us/ENVIRONMENT/community/indoor-air/drywall.html

Thanks for the link,
Does anybody has a tainted or chinese drywall sample report, I would like to know if there’s any out there I can use.
Thanks a lot

I specifically tell them what I found and did not find. I give them the facts and tell them the only way to be 100% is to test every piece of drywall.

Picture of evaporator, and other exposed copper, some light fixtures(metal). I will even find labels on the drywall if possible.

Lab results are delivered with the pictures. Once have given them all the information, what is the point of testing? If you think you do have it, do not buy. If you live there contact the state, maybe test to confirm.

I have yet to find anyone who seen the need for lab testing.

We are releasing a test kit for inspectors in March.

Nick, are those kits ready for release yet?
