the crawlspace is a (half crawl and half basement) and is 36" high. It has earth floor with 4" of pea gravel and a plastic cover. The crawl opens to the basement which provides adequate ventilation. Also the perimeter wall has a R-11 fiberglass insulation. Did not see any moisture . The plastic covering was not spread evenly.
