I charge an extra $225.00 for houses with crawls. I think I need to up that price another $25.00.

@kbrittain That as eye opening. There must have been all kinds of pooling down there. Good thing is wasn’t toilettes emptying into that space.

That is one tough dude. Crawling on rocks with no gloves or knee pads. What does he think of your knee pads, respirators, cover-alls and leather gloves.
